The Salt Lake Tribune filmed their nickel tour of the “UP House” that is part of the Parade of Homes in Herriman Utah.
The video includes shots of the interior with narration by the home builder himself. Just about every detail from the movie has been matched right down to the spindle design on the crib in the nursery.
While the home may look small on the outside, it is quite spacious including 4 bedrooms and 3 1/5 baths.
There’s even a separate two car garage. I’m not sure what it is selling for but apparently there are 3 or 4 buyers that are already interested in purchasing the home.
